麦迪思-毕业设计(最终定稿)ABSTRACT The purpose of pasting is to extract soluble substances from the material as much as possible, and to create a condition which is favor of enzymes effect. It makes many insoluble substances become soluble substances under the effect of the enzyme and dissolved, and makes expected wort. This paper has conducted the yearly produces 200,000 tons 10 degrees draft beer brewery’s paste pots and workshop design. The content of design includes material calculation, heat calculation, water equilibrium calculation, paste pots selection and calculation, and workshop design. The final determination is to use 2 cylindrical pot body spherical clip type of heating bottom paste pots in workshop. The design process took consider various factors into account comprehensively. It strived to make the brewery less investment, advanced technology and to make the produce efficiency of equipments maximize.
