(一)设计题目
果汁冷却器的设计。


(二)设计任务及操作条件
(1)处理能力 1980吨/年
(2)设备形式 套管式换热器
(3)操作条件
①果汁:入口温度75℃,出口温度20℃。
②冷却水:入口温度6℃,出口温度16℃。
③允许压降:不大于1MP
④每年按330天计,每天24小时继续运行。

(三)设计要求
选择适宜的套管式换热器并进行核算。
画出工艺设备图及列管布置图。
