摘要： 介绍秦皇岛港煤码头四期工程翻车机系统的技术改造项目，其中翻车机钢结构的主梁部分使用拉杆结构做了重大改造，辅之以其它方法彻底解决了应力集中导致主梁断裂问题，实践表明，改造获得成功。
